Returns & Exchanges
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your Jimi purchase or want a different color, you can return it within a month for a full refund (excluding shipping) or the new color. The product should be in its original packaging with inserts etc intact, and with the original sales slip. We’d also love to know why it didn’t work out for you. Once we get it back, we’ll get you your refund or new product post haste.
Replacements
Jimi products carry a 2-year warranty. If you receive a damaged product or if your product gets damaged, simply return it to us at the address below with a note telling us what happened. Once it’s with us, we’ll get you your refund or new product lickety split.
